Enter your email address in the provided rectangle, then click the Continue button.
Step 2: Choose a username and password
After clicking the Continue button in the previous step, the window will be changed to show the Username and Password fields as shown in the image below.

Choose the username and password, then click the Join button.
Note: The username is a unique name and cannot be duplicated on Fiverr. As soon as someone acquires the username “mohamed”, no one else can use the same username.
Here are some important points for choosing a username on Fiverr:
- Username must consist of at least 6 characters, and it must be in English.
- You may see an error message when choosing a username that has already been used, and then you must make changes until you find a username that no one has used before.
- Try as much as possible to obtain a professional username that does not contain letters without meaning, and does not contain numbers if possible.
- The username will represent your link with the main domain of Fiverr, which you can share later to promote yourself as a seller on Fiverr. This is, for example, the username that you chose during the explanation “magdikamil”, and this means that this will be the link to my Fiverr account “https://www.fiverr.com/magdikamil”.
After choosing the username, choose your password, which must be a minimum of 8 characters, and must contain numbers and large letters “upper letters”.
After typing the username and password, click on the Join button.

Step 3: Activate the email address.
Go to the email you used to create your Fiverr account, you will find a message sent from Fiverr, with this address:

Step 5: Complete the basic account information
Completely completing the account data is very necessary and indispensable in the event that you want to work as a seller on Fiverr, but this does not negate that buyers also have to include some basic data for the account, in order to appear reliably and clearly on the Fiverr platform.

In the box on the left, you will find the basic data for your account, which is the name of the account, the country, and the date of creating the account, and these are the points that we recommend completing for any Fiverr account:
1- Account picture
Click on the circle above the account name, and choose an image from your computer to be your account picture.
Note: Fiverr recommends choosing a professional photo with a clear face.
2- What’s your story in one line?
Below the account name, click on the pen mark to the right, and write a word, words or short sentence that expresses you in general.
This part is especially important for sellers, but buyers can also write an introduction about them through this part.
3- Which option best describes you?
It is the rectangle in the middle of the screen, in which you can choose the best description that expresses you as a Fiverr user.
It is worth noting that when you choose some options, you will find other sub-options to customize your description, for example if you choose

To go to the second step in creating a seller account on Fiverr, click on the green Continue button.
Step 2: entering personal information
After clicking the Continue button in the previous step, you will be taken to the Personal Data Completion page, as shown in the image below.

As shown in the image above, there are 4 main data that you must enter, which are:
- Full Name (Enter your first name and second name, use your real name)
- Profile Picture (In case you have not uploaded a picture, you must).
- Description (This is a general description of you, your skills, the area you have experience in, and the projects you have implemented).
- This is a very important part and you should give it enough attention, and you can use the experts in your field of account holders on Fiverr to get an idea of what you should write, but avoid copying the description of one of the other sellers.

Here is a list of the professional data that you must enter in this step:
1- Your Occupation
Choose your professional field of work, for example Graphic & Design.
After choosing the field, two boxes will appear next to it to determine the years of experience in the field you have chosen, and also at the bottom a set of skills will appear that you have to choose from, choose between 2 to 5 skills that apply to you ideally.
Note: You can click on the Add button to add more other professional areas that you have experience with.
2- Skills
Choose the skills you possess while determining the level of your mastery of these skills, you can of course combine the same skills that you chose in the previous point, and you can also combine more other skills.
When you write any letter, you will find a list of skills that drops down in front of you, starting with that letter, and also after choosing the first skill, you will find suggestions for other skills related to it.
3- Education
In this section, enter the data of your last degree.
Note: This field is not mandatory.
4- Certification
Enter the certificate data that you previously obtained (this is also a non-mandatory field).
5- Personal Website
If you have a website or blog, you can enter its web address.
After entering all the data, click the green Continue button at the bottom.

According to Fiverr, linking your account to your social media accounts will give him more credibility, so I recommend implementing this step.
To link your Fiverr account with your accounts on Google and Facebook, open a Google account first, and then click on the Connect button, a window will pop up in front of you in which you choose the email you want to link, and then press the Allow button.

Step 5: Account Security
To protect your account and ensure its safety, Fiverr recommends securing the account through e-mail, and also through the mobile phone number.

While creating a public Fiverr account (for buyers), we activated the e-mail, so you will find the word Verified in front of it, and now all you need is to activate the phone number. To do so, press the “Add Phone Number” button.
A window will pop up in front of you, choose your country, then enter your mobile phone number, and press the “Verify by SMS” button. Then a window will appear in front of you dedicated to writing the activation code that should be sent to you in a message on your phone.
Enter the code then click “Submit Code” button.
After successfully activating the phone, a window will appear in front of you to choose a secret question. Choose any question and write a unique answer to it and save it for you. Then click on the Finish button in the pop-up window.
Now the word Verified will appear in front of the phone as well as in the e-mail. Make sure of it and hit the green Finish button.
Now, a window will appear in front of you that says All Done, as in the image below.
To completely bypass this message and complete the steps for registering on the Fiverr site for sellers, click on the Finish button.
Steps to create a Gig on Fiverr
Your account will only become a real seller account by creating a gig or service on Fiverr. At the end of the steps to register on the Fiverr site for sellers, and when you click the Finish button in the last step, you will find that Fiverr takes you to the new Gig creation page.

4- SEARCH TAGS
Tags are semantic words that express the nature of the service you provide, and they help greatly and fundamentally in the Fiverr system for searching services. Step 2: Scope & Pricing
In this part, you must define the framework and pricing of the service, and what is meant by the framework here is the form of the service and the limits of responsibility for it such as: the number of times of modification allowed, the level of accuracy and clarity in the case of designs, and perhaps the dimensions of the design … etc.
Fiverr allows you to create 3 different packages for your service, and allows you to adapt the price and framework of the service as you wish and in proportion to the nature of the service that you want to provide. 1- Name your package
And in it, you must create a unique name for each package, this name must express the package and what you can present in it. You can also name it according to the target group of the package, for example: for individuals, for small companies, for large companies.

2- Describe the details of your offering
With it, you can put a more accurate description of each package you offer.
3- Delivery time
Determine the number of days you can terminate the service for each package.
4- Revisions

The first four points are essential in almost all types of services, while the remaining points in the table depend mainly on the type of service that you intend to provide. Step 3: Description and Questions about the Service (Description & FAQ)
In this step, you must first put a detailed description of the service that you will provide on Fiverr, and also make a set of questions that you expect users to ask and put a clear answer about them.

This page consists of two parts, and this is an explanation for each of them:
1- Description
In it, you must write a detailed and accurate description in clear points about the nature of your service, and what you can really offer to buyers (within 1200 characters). It is also important, according to Fiverr’s recommendations, to include a list of things that are not available in your service, such as not publishing the article on the site yourself in case Writing articles, for example.
It is also possible to combine the steps that you take to fulfill each purchase order, such as doing a thorough research on the topic in the case of writing articles, or researching the availability of your brand name before starting to design the logo. You can also include the most important features of your service, which represent the reasons why buyers buy from you alone.
2- Frequently Asked Questions
This is a very important part despite the neglect of many sellers, and in it you can systematically create questions that the buyer is likely to ask before buying, and answer these questions clearly in a way that helps the buyer make the purchase decision.
It is worth noting here, and in order that the description is limited to 1200 characters only, in this part you can make an extension to the essential points that you would like to put in the description. For example, a question like “Why should I choose you out of all the other writers on here” In his answer, you can put a lot of points that motivate the buyer to buy from you specifically.
In this part, you can also settle some points that may put the buyer in confusion, such as what if he wants more than what you offer in the Gig packages, such as asking for more words than what is presented in the case of translation or writing articles, also in the case of designs What about property rights , And how you deal with it as a seller.

Step 4: Requirements
In this step, you must inform the buyer of the requirements that you want from him to help you get the job done. It is also very important for the buyer because it is the means that will enable him to set a specific framework for the service to be precisely as he wants.
For example, in the case of a logo design example, you as a seller are supposed to know what brand name the buyer wants to design a logo for, what kind and goal of the project, and his written slogan (meaning the message he seeks to achieve through the brand).
Of course, the requirements differ from one service to another, for example in the case of video editing services, here the buyer must send the video file he wants to modify, and he must also provide you with accurate details about the parts that he wants to delete, modify, add … etc.

In the rectangle below the word Requirement, you must write the requirements and information that you want from the buyer to accomplish the task.
You must be accurate, and try to obtain the largest amount of information about the buyer’s goal of the service, and this will help you a lot to complete the service in a way that satisfies the buyer.
Below the Requirement rectangle, you will find the ability to specify the type of buyer’s answer, and in it you will find three options:
- Free text (Here the buyer’s answer will come to you).
- Multiple Answers (Here you can formulate all requirements as questions and the buyer’s response will come to you as an option for your own answers). For example, in the logo example, you can write the question “What colors do you prefer to make the logo with” and in the answers you can put all the colors and the buyer chooses what he wants (note there is a possibility to choose more than one option)
- Attached File (here the answer is in a file that the buyer downloads from his device).
It is worth noting here that you can make many requests for the buyer, and in each request you can choose the method by which you want to receive the buyer’s response. For example, if the service is a video modification, you can, in Requirement # 1, request the original video file and specify the answer Attached File.
And in Requirement # 2, ask for a comprehensive view of the final shape the buyer wants for the video and determine the free text answer, and in Requirement # 3 the question about the type of music that the buyer would like to include in the background and specify the answers to multiple answers, then you will have to include the most important types of music that you use as ready and user answers.
